About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who's both analytical and resourceful, someone who enjoys diving into data, optimizing campaigns, and finding smarter ways to drive results.

This is an execution-heavy role where you'll be managing and improving digital campaigns that impact real businesses. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to make ads perform better, understand what makes audiences click, and want to be part of a team that values clarity and performance over vanity metrics, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across various platforms, starting with Meta

Monitor campaign performance to ensure client KPIs are met

Write ad copy that communicates clearly and converts

Prepare visual briefings and collaborate with designers for visuals

Assist in compiling monthly performance reports for clients

Liaise with clients on campaign updates, feedback, and strategy

Build and manage chatbots for lead generation and engagement

Coordinate with freelancers or third-party vendors

Stay updated on market and industry trends relevant to clients

Contribute to continuous process improvements within the team

All other relevant tasks

What We're Looking For

Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)

Background in Marketing or related field

Familiarity with Meta Ads is an added advantage

Analytical, performance-driven, and detail-oriented

Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once

Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
