**Overview**:
As our Performance Marketing Executive, you'll spearhead our online campaigns, delving into data, devising powerful strategies, and optimizing every click for maximum impact. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to analyze the performance marketing efforts in the chinese platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and extract actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to boost campaign effectiveness.
- Generate clear, concise reports to communicate key findings and recommendations.

**Must-haves**:

- Fluency in Mandarin: Essential to analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Data-driven: You thrive on analytics and use data to drive all decisions.
- Conversion-focused: Proven track record of delivering measurable results.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience with A/B testing and CRO techniques.
- Proficiency in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with search engines and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and paid advertising platforms is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
