Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring financial operations, preparing financial full set accounts, and reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle full set of accounts
- Handle day-to-day accounting functions such as data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system, invoicing, payments receipts and etc
- Managing company's Account Payable and Accounts Receivables and performing monthly bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and monitor a company's cash flow. Ensure accurate transactions are properly recorded and entered into the accounting system.
- Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and other relevant professional authorities to ensure matters arising are resolved on a timely and accurate basis.
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Accounting / Ongoing ACCA / ACCA graduates / LCCI Higher.
- Eager to learn and able to work independently under pressure.
- Positive attitude, meticulousness, and someone with initiative.
- Possess strong honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Good communications skill and interpersonal skills, being able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
