Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to lead the management of our social media platforms, e-commerce channels, and support new business expansions. This role involves creating and executing content strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, and collaborating with vendors to establish new product lines and rental services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:

- Post engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Facebook at least 3 times a week.
- Update Instagram Stories daily with relevant and engaging posts.

2. E-Commerce Management:

- Create, manage, and update product listings on Shopee and Lazada.
- Monitor orders and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle reviews and maintain a 4.8-star rating or higher.
- Optimize product listings for better visibility using SEO techniques.

Qualifications:

- At least 1-2 years in social media management or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
- Strong content creation and customer service skills.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (able to read, write and speak in Mandarin, for xiaohongshu posting)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
