Machine Processing Manager

Job Responsibilities

1、Establish and optimize the production operation system, formulate and organize production plans, monitor production status, and ensure the completion of production tasks.

2、Coordinate production workshops according to the production operation plan. Effectively schedule and balance the 5 key production factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) to ensure orderly production activities and the fulfillment of production tasks.

3、Conduct weekly production meetings to analyze the production situation, propose solutions and corrective actions, and ensure the comprehensive achievement of all production and technical targets.

4、Develop production plans based on project requirements, track production progress, coordinate and resolve abnormal production issues to ensure plan attainment.

5、Submit production material requirements plans based on production needs and dynamically track material flow to promptly resolve material bottlenecks.

6、Continuously implement PDCA-based lean production management to ensure sustained improvement in production efficiency and product quality.

7、Oversee equipment management, organize regular maintenance and repairs to improve equipment availability and efficiency. Implement site planning, production equipment upgrades, retrofits, and related tasks according to company and departmental requirements.

8、Be fully responsible for Safety and Environmental (EHS) management within the scope of responsibility. Organize regular safety and environmental inspections, drive improvements, and ensure implementation of corrective measures.

9、Compile production data (weekly/monthly reports) and report regularly to the Department Manager and relevant collaborating departments. Complete other tasks assigned by the department.

Job Requirements

1、Education: Associate degree or higher.

3、Knowledge and Skills: Possess solid understanding of machining equipment performance and standard operating procedures; familiar with general production equipment processing technologies.

4、Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of production management experience in relevant industries.

5、Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software and CAD drawing tools.

6、Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in English is considered an advantage.

7、Competencies and Qualities: Demonstrated ability to resolve on-site production issues effectively; proactive, responsible, and committed to professional ethics and continuous improvement.

岗位职责

1、组织建立和完善生产运作体系，编制并组织生产计划，检查生产状况，确保生产任务的完成。

2、根据生产运行计划，做好各生产车间的协同工作，合理调度平衡人、机、料、法、环各生产要素，确保生产活动有序进行，落实并达成生产任务。

3、每周一次定期召开生产会，分析生产形势，提出解决问题的办法和措施，保证各项生产技术指标的全面完成。

4、根据项目需求，制定生产计划，跟进生产进度，协调解决生产异常问题，确保计划达成。

5、根据生产需求，提报生产物料需求计划，并动态跟进物料流转情况，及时解决生产物料瓶颈。

6、持续PDCA精益生产管理，确保生产效率及产品品质持续提升。

7、抓好设备管理，定期组织维修保养，提高设备完好率和效率。根据公司及部门需求，落实场地规划、生产装备迭代更新、改造等工相关工作。

8、全面负责所辖安全、环保管理工作，定期组织安全环保检查，督促改善，落实措施。

9、汇总生产数据（周报、月报）定期向部门经理及相关协同部门汇报，完成部门交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1.教育水平：大专及以上学历。

2.培训/专业：机械相关专业优先。

3.知识技能：掌握机加工设备的性能与一般操作方法，懂生产通用设备加工工艺。

4.工作经验：10年及以上相关行业生产管理经验。

5.计算机：熟练应用Office及CAD绘图软件。

6.语言能力：普通话熟练/有英语能力佳。

7.应具备的能力素质：善于解决现场加工问题, 工作积极主动。

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
