**Job Details**:

- Working Days : 5 days / 2 off days
- Working hours : 24 hours rotational shift (3 shifts)
- Location : Jalan Pantai Baharu, Kuala Lumpur
- Salary : Min RM 2000 + OT + Shift Allowance & Phone Allowance
- Contract : 12 months (renewable)
- Monitor, Execute and Implement first level support for the network and service restoration through Fault Management & Troubleshooting Network Operation Centre (NOC) for customer service resolutions, and also to provision customer service through the Network Management System (NMS).
- Establish close relationship with other departments by providing excellent technical support and network reengineering.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or Network/ Telecommunication Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience
