**1. Guest Services and Experience**
- Provide personalized and attentive service to Executive Lounge guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met promptly.
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Establish and maintain positive guest relations, recognizing regular guests and remembering guest preferences to offer customized service.
- Ensure all guest complaints are resolved to guest satisfaction or promptly escalated to the Manager if necessary.

**2. Executive Lounge Operations**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Executive Lounge, ensuring the space is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with amenities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams to ensure seamless lounge operations.
- Assist in setting up, replenishing, and clearing food and beverage presentations according to hotel standards.
- Monitor the inventory of lounge supplies and requisition stock as needed.

**3. VIP and Executive Floor Level Guest Management**
- Provide personalized welcome experiences and ensure VIP amenities and room requests are fulfilled.
- Develop rapport with high-profile guests, managing their reservations, room preferences, and special requests.
- Maintain a detailed guest history database for VIP guests to foster long-term relationships and ensure consistent, personalized service.

**4. Administrative and Financial Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, food and beverage consumption, and lounge inventory.
- Assist with billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the Lounge Manager with reports on guest satisfaction, lounge usage, and any operational issues.

**5. Compliance and Standards**
- Adhere to hotel policies, safety regulations, and Executive Lounge service standards.
- Always ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
