FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT **Role Requirements**: **Years of experience**: >10 years **Product/System Specialization**: SAP OnPrem, SAP SuccessFactors. **Business Process expertise**: Core HR, Time Management, Payroll (at least 2-3 countries in APAC or EU/US). **Other Skills**: Workshop facilitation, Requirements gathering, System configuration, O365 tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word). **Soft Skills**: Fast learner, strong consulting and interpersonal skills.
