We are looking for:
Supply Chain Manager

Industry: EMS

Location: Senai, Johor

Job description:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor key performance metrics, such as lead times, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
- Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure material availability for scheduled production runs.
- Drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes to enhance overall performance and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirement:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within an electronics or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software tools.
