Requirements

- Age between 18 to 40 years old

Responsibility
- Overseeing collection team members and ensuring the accurate and timely follow-up on delinquent accounts.
- Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department and team members.
- Create and implement strategies to improve the collection activities.
- Ensuring the Company policy on recoveries is adhered to and in line with regulations.
- Identifies areas that required improvement on the collection process and implement enhanced process that assist tele-collectors to be more effective.
- Explain and clarify with customer on non-payment issues.
- Follow up on overdue payments by utilizing phone collection technique.
