Job Title: Tele Collector | Credit Recovery Officer

Location: Bangsar Kuala Lumpur

As a Tele Collector / Credit Recovery Officer, you will play a crucial role in contacting delinquent account holders and helping them resolve their outstanding debts. Your primary responsibility will be to recover debts while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. You will work with a dedicated professionals team to ensure the financial stability of our clients and the overall success of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact delinquent account holders via telephone in a respectful and professional manner.
- Negotiate and establish repayment plans that align with the client's financial capabilities.
- Assess the financial situation of debtors and provide tailored solutions to resolve outstanding debts.
- Educate and guide clients on credit management and financial responsibility.
- Document all communication and actions taken in our CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts, payments, and collections efforts.
- Follow compliance guidelines and adhere to relevant legal requirements and industry regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve company goals.
- Provide regular updates on the status of collections efforts and meet targets and deadlines.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of industry best practices and debt recovery techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year Experience in debt collection or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Empathy and the ability to remain patient and professional when dealing with clients in challenging situations.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the debt collection industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
