**Job Descriptions**
- Implement Workplace Safety and Health Management Systems at work sites.
- Develops Safety & Health policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Advise and coordinate all safety, health, and environmental activities to all department.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, EQA 1974, and other relevant safety regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies such as DOSH (JKKP) and BOMBA on safety & health compliance.
- Lead the Safety & Health committee meeting.
- Maintain the risk management system, including HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control).
- Organize and promote SHE activities to increase safety awareness.
- Enforce safety standards; conduct training, briefings, and safety promotion programs.
- Ensure proper WSH (Workplace Safety and Health ) procedures and documentation.
- Conduct WSH inspections and ensure timely follow-up on findings.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions and recommend preventive actions.
- To manage all the firefighting equipment and renewal of Fire Certificate according to Bomba (Fire Services Act 1988) requirement in the factory.
- Support and conduct internal audits to ensure ISO9001 and ISO14001 compliance.
- Schedule of routine safety inspection and safety audit.
- Perform Safety Patrol and identify unsafe act and unsafe condition on daily basis, issue the report to affected department(s), follow up the closure, and keep track for any repeating finding(s).
- Perform other safety-related duties as assigned by management.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
- Competency in Green Book Holder is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in Safety & Health roles, preferably in manufacturing industries
- Good in writing and speaking in English & Bahasa Malaysia (If able to speak in Japanese Language will be an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other Malaysian safety regulations and standards
- Relevant environmental certifications are an added advantage
- Experienced in safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and delivering safety training
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and establish clear standard
- Demonstrate ability to manage safety programs and foster a positive safety culture
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively convey ideas and technical information.
