Maintenance and upkeep of facilities equipment and other related minor electrical installation. Upkeep and troubleshooting of major facilities system and equipment. Monitor and implement routine maintenance for facilities related services. Understand and confirm to the requirement of ISO, QMS, EMS & OHSAS compliance in Venture. Ensure legislative compliance to DOSH & DOE.

**1) Possess Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or an equivalent combination of education, training and / or work experience.**

2) Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to complete given task as per schedule.

3) Able to speak both fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English.

4) Monitor and implement preventive preventive maintenance for major facilities
related service.

5) Troubleshoot and repair major facilities equipment.

6) Lease with local utilities department on electrical supply and installation.

7) Maintenance and upkeep of new installation.

8) Assist in maintenance and upkeep of building structure.

9) Carry out all the task in accordance to safety and environmental requirement and
comply with legal requirement.

**Low Voltage system without Power station and Aerial Line Charge Man (AO) certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga OT related certificate in electrical & mechanical. Experience in facilities related task.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
