**Objective / Purpose of the Job**

The Recruiter is responsible for being a business partner in executing HR practices that are able to attract, retain and develop talent in the Company.

**Key Activities / Accountabilities**
- Manage and monitor the performance and/or results of the various recruitment channels
- Manage the on-boarding of new hires to ensure they are properly inducted and trained on the job
- Support the implementation of talent management and succession planning process and initiatives
- Any HR related initiatives as delegated
**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Marketing Management, Social Science, Humanities, Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in HR or recruitment
- Pleasant personality and has a passion in pursuing HR as a career
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
