**Job Description (JD)**
- Subject matter expert on Windows platform solutions - operating system, DB, CRM Dynamics and security related matters
- Ensure all critical SLAs are met with no high severity impact
- Ensure documentation & compliance to Group standards & procedures, SLA and audit requirements
- Experienced in handling and developing technical requirements, understanding of the scope, systems dependencies accurately
- Experienced in coordinating/scheduling testing activities and ensure that defects and enhancements are tested successfully prior to production deployment
- Ability to provide System/Application support, lead meetings to brainstorm and resolve problems. Support covers 24 x 7 including national public holidays whenever required
- Ensure production defects are thoroughly analyzed to understand the root cause to deliver permanent solution. Review recommendations made by vendor and work jointly to define acceptable and efficient business solutions.
- Support DR testing as needed
- Recommend vendor on monitoring tuning as needed due to performance issue
- Support interfacing requirements and ensure that system interfaces are functioning as expected
- Lead or participate in meetings to brainstorm and resolve problems. Assist in defining technology solutions and structures needed to resolve problem.
- Ensure all BAU processes and standards are adhered to while executing and developing outputs

**Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)**
- 6 years of CRM support and implementation of change requests or project.
- Knowledge in with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory administration, security permissions, group policies, researching event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring.
- Knowledge in IIS, Apache or other web technologies.
- Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
- Basic knowledge in UNIX, LINUX and Microsoft operating system.
- Good communication skills in both written and oral at various levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Multi-task effectively and efficiently to successfully perform assignments.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
