**1. Guest Services**
- Welcome and greet guests or clients warmly upon arrival.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding reservations, facilities, or services.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary.

**2. Reservation Management**
- Manage bookings and room assignments using property management systems (PMS).
- Verify guest information, payment methods, and special requests.
- Upsell services and amenities to maximize revenue.

**3. Communication & Coordination**
- Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping or maintenance, to meet guest needs.
- Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure seamless operations.

**4. Administrative Duties**
- Keep the front desk organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and transactions.
- Generate daily reports, such as occupancy or revenue summaries, as directed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
