Front Office Executive

- Manage and lead both the Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service operations.
- Uphold high standards of personal grooming, presentation, and professional behavior.
- Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Provide guests with accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, room service, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns with empathy and effective resolution strategies.
- Oversee all front desk operations, including reservations, guest check-ins/check-outs, and billing procedures.
- Ensure the hotel environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming for guests and staff.
- Prepare regular reports such as occupancy rates, daily revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
- Manage budgets and monitor departmental expenditures to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest information and financial transactions.
- Coordinate VIP guest arrivals, handle special requests, and support the execution of events or group bookings.
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and service standards clearly and consistently to staff.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities under pressure.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a front office or customer service supervisory role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel/property management systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Job Type: Full-time
