Full job descriptionBased in: Ipoh
Responsibilities
- Provide effective, quality and prompt administrative assistance and support.
- To provide admin duties such as handling correspondences, screening , accounts and responding incoming mails and calls and take actions appropriately.
- To prepare reports, data analysis, materials for discussions using the latest Microsoft Office Software.
- To provide front line services and coordinate/co-operate professionally with all departments as required.
- To organize and manage confidential documents and information with utmost discretion and maintain an organized filing for smooth data retrieval.
- Any other administrative tasks required.
- Any other duties instructed by the management as and when required.
- Manage professionals scheduling including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements and client management.
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, claims, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
- Organize team communications and plan events.
Requirements
- Must possess a driving license and own a vehicle/self transportation.
- Working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a corporate environment are added advantage.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and orally.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Alertness and attention to details and can work under stress.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, pro-active and multi-tasking abilities.
- Possess interpersonal skill, initiative, integrity, resourcefulness and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Must be willing to work in Ipoh.
Job Type: Full-time
