Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
  • Manage student records, attendance, and fee documentation.
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and attend to parents' inquiries.
  • Prepare and organize documents, letters, and reports.
  • Assist in school event coordination and internal communication.
  • Perform basic data entry and general office support using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to read and communicate in Mandarin (compulsory).
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Friendly and able to work well with teachers and parents.
  • Prior experience in kindergarten or office administration is an added advantage.

Working Days:

Monday to Friday
