Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
- Manage student records, attendance, and fee documentation.
- Answer phone calls, messages, and attend to parents' inquiries.
- Prepare and organize documents, letters, and reports.
- Assist in school event coordination and internal communication.
- Perform basic data entry and general office support using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read and communicate in Mandarin (compulsory).
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email).
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Friendly and able to work well with teachers and parents.
- Prior experience in kindergarten or office administration is an added advantage.
Working Days:
Monday to Friday
