Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Executive to manage daily accounting and administrative operations for our healthcare group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting tasks including invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, petty cash and monitor company expenses.
  • Liaise with suppliers, banks, auditors, and tax agents.
  • Oversee office administration, procurement, and documentation.
  • Ensure all financial and admin records are properly maintained.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary

Responsible for handling daily finance, payments, reports, and office administration for a growing healthcare group in Ipoh.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
