Admin cum Marketing Executive

ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain a systematic and proper filing system.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Coordinate and liaise with interrelated group companies to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs decks.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
MARKETING REPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns (online + offline).
- Support in managing social media platforms and scheduling content.
- Coordinate marketing events and promotions.
- Brainstorm fun ideas that can help us stand out (your creativity is welcome).
- Design simple visual or video content for digital and print marketing (using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media (fresh graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
