Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide suitable talent solutions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, handling staff inquiries, and coordinating interviews.
- Support other HR functions as needed.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or related HR functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Location: 81900, Kota Tinggi, Johor

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
