**Job Summary**:
The Barista Cum Service Crew is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area, and assisting in various other tasks to ensure smooth operation of the cafe/restaurant. This role requires a blend of barista skills and general service crew duties, including taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and courteously.

**Barista Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and frothers.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages served.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.

**Service Crew Duties**:

- Serve food and beverages to customers at their tables.
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
- Ensure all areas are clean and sanitized, including dining areas, counters, and restrooms.
- Replenish stock and supplies as needed, ensuring the service area is always well-equipped.

**Cash Handling**:

- Operate the cash register, handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of shifts and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Assist in training new employees as required.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
**Experience**:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
