This role involves managing master data—creating, updating, verifying, and cleaning data for vendors, customers, products, materials, and bills of materials (BOM). It ensures adherence to data governance practices to maintain high-quality, accurate, and consistent data that drives business results. The scope currently covers most master data types and may expand as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update master data for vendors, customers, products, and materials, ensuring updates are authorized and documented.
- Perform data maintenance tasks promptly according to service levels.
- Cleanse master data by validating, correcting errors, and removing obsolete data.
- Provide user support and training for accurate master data setup in SAP and other systems.
- Analyze SAP modules and business requirements, ensuring alignment with operational changes.
- Oversee master data synchronization during system migrations.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and manage change control with stakeholder approvals.
- Resolve master data issues and stakeholder inquiries.
- Develop and document business processes and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Language: JLPT N2 or above (must be fluent in Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.)
- Education: Advance Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Knowledge of Master Data activities and their connections to various business functions (sales, supply chain, finance, etc.).

**Shift window**:

- 8.30 am - 6.00 pm
- fixed working hour
