About the Role

We are looking for a
Master Data Associate (JAPANESE LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY)
to join our team. The role involves creating and maintaining Vendor and Customer Master Data in SAP and supporting related reporting and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP
  • Verify documents and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
  • Maintain reports and organize documentation for audit purposes
  • Support internal and external audit requirements
  • Escalate issues to senior team members when required
  • Work on daily operational queues and assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates with 0-1 yrs experience must apply
  • Candidates with
    Japanese language
    proficiency is a MUST for this role
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce
    ,
    Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn SAP MDM is a must

  • Basic understanding of finance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
