Mon - Fri : 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sat : 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.

**About**:
We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-driven Quantity Surveyo**r** to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a central part in monitoring, analyzing, and managing the financial aspects of ongoing construction projects.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for new tenders and ongoing works.
- Conduct quantification of materials (MTO) based on architectural and engineering drawings.
- Monitor material consumption, track variances, and report discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures.
- Evaluate progress claims from subcontractors and vendors, verifying actual work completed before making payment recommendations.
- Participate in procurement processes including preparing Bills of Quantities, sending enquiries, analyzing quotations, and preparing cost comparisons.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions, ensuring all technical and commercial components are accurate and timely.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on pricing, payment terms, and material deliveries.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
**-**Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a quantity surveying role, preferably within the building or civil construction sector.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic digital tools for measurement and reporting.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, particularly when liaising with suppliers or clients.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurement and documentation.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
