**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in general work such as assembling
- Stock counting
- An additional task from Supervisors or Superiors
- Can work independent, good attitude, trust, hardworking, disciplined, and responsible
- Willing to learn with the training provided with limited time period
- Scopes of routine inspection, troubleshoot, able to stand in heat operating machines (which is highly important)
- Attend breakdown, complaint at client site with specific time and dateline
- Responsible for installation, commissioning, testing, training any equipment as per assigned by superior
- Understanding, Study of available products, machines, big operating machines
- Production clerks compute quantities of materials required at specified dates for manufacturing
- Calculating quantities, qualities and types of materials required by production
- Preparing production requirements schedules, ensuring that materials are available when needed, and keeping relevant records;
- Must follow preparation of production operation schedules on the basis of supervisors and production capacity and performance
- Verifying stocks, arranging deliveries and investigating delays
- Recording and coordinating the flow of work and materials between departments.
- Work workgroup in semiconductor manufacturing to achieve manufacturing objectives
- Understand material flow into and out of work group; Reducing human error scrap
- Drive continuous improvement activities on shift for cycle time and productivity
- Motivate and coach workgroup
- Plan and administer policies and procedures
- Lead and implement efforts in a manufacturing facility start-up environment on designated shift
- Select and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function
- Escalate production issues in a timely and effective manner
- Understand processes to prevent scrap occurrence, poor quality and lost cycle time
- Communicate process changes, production goals, and helping to resolve issues
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and technical issues that impact manufacturing, costs, cycle time, etc. in a highly automated factory
- Drive audit scores to 100%; Working to optimize area layout and providing smooth shift transitions
- Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
