Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and reordering office supplies.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Liaising with vendors, clients, suppliers.
- Handling company licensing.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum qualification required : SPM,STPM (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Responsible and able to receive instructions properly.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
