The incumbent is responsible to develop and present effective product and soft skill training programs/materials, coordinate with Head of Training/ Team Lead to plan and execute training sessions nationwide, and coach/guide Regional Heads/account managers/personal financial executives on product knowledge and relevant soft skills.

1. Monitor and measure the performance of sales staff after training and identify appropriate remedial actions to close performance gaps - feedback evaluation form

2. Coordinate and Support department in related areas of training in order to achieve business objective - development of projects such as UAT, meetings and internal and external trainings

3. Coordinate, coach and guide staff and business partners/agents in sitting and passing TBE - TBC

4. Compliance on CPD hours - compulsory for all business partners

5. Other ad hoc projects (as and when necessary)

6. Conduct research, design and develop training slides and modules - new modules, ad hoc or BAU Review training programmes

7. continuously upgrade content to ensure materials are up to-date
