Welcome and help customers as they come into the restaurant and take their orders
- Process customers’ orders and generate their bills.
- Handle and process all instore and online orders.
- Present to customers the services and active offers and promotions.
- Serve and pack warm foods to customers in an effective manner and in strict accordance with the orders of the customers.
- Service to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers if required.
- Assist kitchen staff and outdoor delivery staff whenever such assistance is required.
- Clean all tables after the customer leaves and prepare for the next set of customers.
- Maintain general cleanliness of the front of house, which includes the workstations, counters, floor, tables, seating, and etc.
- Ensure supplies, such as napkins, condiments, utensils and cleaning supplies are refreshed regularly or whenever necessary.
- Ensure work areas, such as cashier counter, and customer areas are clean and organized.
- Process cash, credit card, and other payments using cash registers and POS system.
- Submit necessary reports.
- Ensure the stock room is in order and stock is replenished regularly
- Stocktaking.
- Complete understanding of services & products provided.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM7.00 - RM9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 45 per week
