Our client, a reputable **Turnkey Facilitator** that offers a multitude of specialty in the main sectors of healthcare renovation, interior design cabinetry works, building construction, and maintenance services. They have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand and they are currently seeking a passionate **Project Manager**. As part of the company, you will work with their management to coordinate and oversee the entire process of company's turnkey projects.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Ensure that the project adheres to company policies, requirements, and regulations
- Ensure site teams have the necessary capabilities and resources to fulfill project objectives and contractual obligations
- Develop project schedules and regularly monitor progress
- Prepare required reports for headquarters and submit all claims in accordance with contractual entitlements
- Provide effective leadership in managing the project and the team

- **Additional Information/ Requirement**:_
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of Building Management/ Construction Management/ Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity on construction sites
- Solid understanding of civil engineering construction and contracts
- Proficient in computer skills with excellent communication skill
- Good time management and cost control practice
