Sales Administrator

**Requirements**:
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin languages
- SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Handle day to day Sales Administrative activities up to delivery of vacant possession and customer relations at our sales gallery in Genting Permai
- Manage the process of loan documents, including liaising with solicitors, end-financiers and purchasers on Sales & Purchase Agreement.
- Ensure proper filling system and information posted up-to-date.
- Ensure timely generation of progress billings upon receipt of Architect Certificate.
- Monitor and ensure progressive payment are collected within the stipulated time frame
- Prepare and compile billing and collection reports as required by management.
