**Job Summary**:
The Account Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting client accounts, ensuring accurate data entry, handling billing and invoicing, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with administrative and reporting tasks. This role serves as a liaison between clients, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update client account information in internal systems
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices, purchase orders, and payment schedules
- Assist account managers with onboarding new clients and managing existing accounts
- Serve as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or issues
- Generate account performance reports and assist with data analysis
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure services/products are delivered as promised
- Support financial audits by providing requested documentation and account details
- Monitor account activity and flag irregularities or concerns
- Help improve account administration processes and tools for better efficiency

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in account administration, finance, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach
- Preferred Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Experience in account management
- Knowledge of SQL system
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with occasional remote work options
- Standard working hours with some flexibility depending on workload

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
