About the Role:

We are seeking a responsible and organised Account & Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with accounting entries, documentation, office coordination, and general administrative tasks to maintain an efficient workflow

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
  • Perform basic accounting entries, including data entry into accounting systems and updating financial records.
  • Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Support monthly financial tasks, including handling expense claims, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in preparing letters, forms, reports, and other administrative documentation.
  • Perform HR-related tasks and any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in administrative or clerical support. Interns/Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
