**Job Function**: Other, Management, Other(Business Administration & Management) - ** Industry**: Manufacturing(Chemicals/Materials) - ** Job Description**: - Job Responsibilities: - Supervise the Warehouse Incoming & Outgoing Division, Quantity Control & Quality Assurance Division & Logistics Division. - Manage, oversee, organize and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the warehouse and co - ordination of inbound, transfer and return. - Formulate work schedules, promote improvement activities, and reduce operating costs - Ensure the effectiveness of Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015) in the plant and warehouse operation. - Working to minimize warehouse mistake and increase customer satisfaction. - To ensure the implementation and compliance of warehouse hygiene, cleanliness and safety regulations. - Supervise and review the performance of employees to cultivate, develop and grow people - Lead subordinates to achieve performance goals (KPIs). - Handle of claims for defectives, shortage, missing parts. - Participate in management meetings and implement management's requirements on operations. - ** Requirement**: - (Must) - At least Diploma in Business Administration or related fields. - At least 5 years of relevant working experience, 3 years of supervisory skills and management experience (Prefer) - Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine and Energy industries is an added advantage. - ** Other Language**: English - ** Benefit**: - 13th month salary - Car Maintanance Allowance - Commission Scheme 0.5% - 1% - Company Phone and Laptop after confirm: - Monthly Sales Achievement Incentive (5% - 10% based on basic salary) - Parent Birthday Token (RM300/Once/Year) - Monthly Lunch (RM25 / pax / Month) - Sport Day Badminton / Futsal (Every Thursday)Personal Accident - Life Insurance for manager and above - Hospitalization and Surgical Insurance
