**Summary**

Based in Sunway Geo, Tuan Yuan Desserts is now seeking dedicated Floor Staff/ Service Crew to join our team. As a full-time/part-time role, you will play an important part in providing great service and ensuring the smooth operations of our Café.

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, promoting and explaining the menu
- Taking customer orders accurately
- Provide efficient and consistent food & beverage services to the customers
- Serving food and beverages to customers promptly.
- Ensuring the areas are clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times
- Addressing customer queries, needs and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the outlet.
- Have a strong sense of cooperation and safety awareness.
- Be able to perform all roles of service position according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties.

**What we're looking for**
- Preference previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role in a café/restaurant/bar/F&B setting
- Responsible, honest and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team culture
- Able to speak communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Student job

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
