**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including bid strategy, preparation, and submission.
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and contracts to ensure thorough understanding of project requirements.
- Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies for accurate and competitive bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, procurement, and operations to gather necessary inputs for tender submissions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with tenders to protect company interests.
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to optimize cost efficiency.
- Ensure timely submission of all required documents in compliance with tender requirements.
- Manage tender presentations, clarifications, and post-tender negotiations with clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of tendering activities for future reference and audits..

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil, Building, Engineering, Management, or similar.
- Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Great networking abilities.
- Have experience with JKR or government project especially road construction & infrastructure.
- Good knowledge on JKR & local authority’s specifications, standards & requirements.
- Preferably with working experience in related fields with minimum 3-4 years of experience.
- Committed to work and willing to work extra time when required.
- Self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently as well as able to work with others as a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
