Lead, plan, and manage the execution of projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Manage project costs, cash flow, and financial reporting, including progress claims and variation orders.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- Chair project and site meetings, documenting decisions and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Ensure quality assurance and control procedures are implemented on-site.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the project team, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contract obligations, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare project progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by senior management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
