**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proper planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects.
- Timely submission of progress claims.
- Creating, managing, and supervising project budgets for assigned projects.
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of all subcontractors and labourers on-site.
- Resolving issues involving material delivery, contract administration, and labour disputes.
- Managing tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Overseeing critical subcontractors and construction project managers.
- Efficient forecasting and management of project budgets.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Researching and compiling information about licenses and permits needed for projects.
- Providing recommendations to the construction manager or clients on various project-related matters.
- Liaising with stakeholders regarding project details and deliverables.
- Assisting in project planning and implementation.
- Coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables.
- Analyzing project-related data as required.
- Conducting administrative duties such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, and creating estimates.
- Tracking and reporting on project progress.
- **Qualifications**:
Proven experience in project coordination or management, especially within the construction industry.
- Strong ability to work independently, think critically, and maintain a business-minded approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 8 years (preferred)

**Language**:
