About the role

Aggregate Pi Biz Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Johor. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This full-time position is essential in supporting the company's strategic objectives and expanding its presence in the Information & Communication Technology industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication to ensure all project stakeholders are aligned
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency
  • Manage project budgets and maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and execute complex projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Microsoft Project
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  • Experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
