We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members, and managing relationships with stakeholders.


JOB Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and consistently to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all work adheres to relevant safety, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client communication and status updates.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.

JOB Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Security Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in security systems or construction/technology integration and data center project management is added advantage
  • Strong understanding of security technologies: CCTV, access control, alarm systems, VMS, etc.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.

PREFFERED Skills:

  • Familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., airports, data centers, government).
  • Knowledge of security codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., NFPA, UL, ISO, NIST).
  • Technical background or hands-on experience with system installations (e.g CCTV, access control, alarm system and etc)
