**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and integration of ACMV, HVAC, and BMS systems in commercial, industrial, and data centre environments.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring mínimal disruption to timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and schedules.
- Conduct regular project meetings, managing risks and changes to scope as required.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and other project team members.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ACMV, HVAC, or BMS projects, with a focus on commercial, industrial, or data centre facilities.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of building services systems, including HVAC, ACMV, controls, and BMS integration.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS, etc.) are a plus.
