- Manage and coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor shipments, track inventory levels, and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to streamline operations.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure accurate stock counts and perform regular audits.
- Address discrepancies and resolve inventory-related issues.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyse logistics metrics to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance and provide actionable insights.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, and warehouse staff.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
