Job Responsibilities Handle all aspects of daily Administrative functions including general office maintenance to ensure efficient operation of the company. To effectively follow through and maintain proper filing to ensure all documents are documented and record for smooth data retrieval. To prepare documents for project tender. To liaise and assist in getting quotations and price comparison for non-trade items. Assist in coordinating operation systems including telephones, computers, servers, printers and photocopiers. To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.
Mimgata Healthpoint was incorporated in March 2016 as a sole proprietor business entity and a Bumiputera Johor based local distributor of various ophthalmic surgery products to Hospitals and Clinics around Johor and Pahang. In 2017, we have conducted our presentation and introducing various products to Government Hospitals and Private Eye Clinics around Johor and Pahang State. We have served more than 200 patients to combat blindness.
