**Responsibilities**:

- Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on air conditioning and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve issues on air conditioning units and related components.
- Conduct regular inspections on filters, cooling coils, condense pumps, leak checks, pipework, and insulation (lagging).
- Perform **electrical checks, cleaning of grilles and flanges,** and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Check crankcase heater amps and oil levels on compressors.
- Assist in the **installation, testing, and commissioning** of new air conditioning or electrical equipment.
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the **building air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems.**:

- Work with in-house technicians and contractors on air-conditioning maintenance works.
- Support environmental and energy-saving initiatives related to cooling systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and comply with all safety regulations.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Certificate** in Electrical / Air Conditioning / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum **3 years of working experience** in air conditioning maintenance or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read and understand electrical drawings and service manuals.
- Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
