**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To systematically monitor, update and renew all local authorities' (eg. Local council, JKKP, Electrical Commissioner, BOMBA, etc) compliance, licenses or equipment certificate of fitness.
- To control, monitor and coordinate the work quality, schedule and contractual compliances of the service providers, such as security and housekeeping as well as other facilities maintenance service providers (eg. Aircon, lift, etc.) in or der to ensure smooth building operations including contract renewal and negotiation.
- To monitor on MSC requirements and ISO9001:2015 documentations and renewal.
- Point of contract for Vendor management under developer, including The Ascent, Azure and Sapphire.
- To assist on coordination of vendors for rectification works during Defect Liability Period (DLP) for Azure & Sapphire Residences.
- To delegate and coordinate rectification works based on Service Request and defects with respective technicians.
- To keep track and recommend payment for jobs by contractors to ensure proper approval before channeling to Finance department by tenants.
- To assist building/ property manager to compose, review and improve on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for building operations.
- To assist Manager to prepare, file and maintain building related letters and correspondences, memos and notices and other building related reports, etc. To manage a centralized paper and electronic filing system for all documents.
- To prepare building related purchase requisition, to follow-up and ensure proper approval, to follow-up on delivery, payment and record keeping.

All other necessary for the successful executive of the above and all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years' working experience in relevant fields
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
