**Principal responsibility**:

- Meet the Minimum Skills Requirements as a monitor
- Monitor transaction / units as per the prescribed guidelines and schedule
- Assess the quality and accuracy of the calls monitored, including financial and
- compliance accuracy
- Provide feedback to the Analysts
- Provide feedback to the Trainers (as appropriate)
- Implement process / analyst corrective action as required
- Generate the accuracy scores and send the report to all concerned
- Maintain ‘program quality’ related client interactions

**Critical Skills required**:

- Process Approach and comprehension of customer requirements
- Mature individual with ability to work & communicate with people across the production floor
- Ability to think analytically
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good product knowledge supported with excellent communications & presentation skills
- Basic understanding of MS Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least, 2 years industry experience in Quality Assurance
- Language skills of C1 and above
- Prior Product Specialist experience preferred
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Must be native Korean speakers.
