**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic **Human Resources Intern** to support our HR department. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR administration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Help organize training and development programs.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documents.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and HR projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
