**Internship Job Details**:

- Working Arrangement: Work From Home (Remote)
- Working Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Duration: 3 - 6 months

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and learning the hiring process
- Provide and support end-to-end recruitment activities
- Onboarding support
- Assist in developing and organizing employee engagement activities
- Provide support in talent management planning
- Research to understand the current trends in the job market across various regions

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Always stay updated on the current trends, and online marketing concepts/strategies

on social media
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, etc
- Positive work attitude and ability to work independently in a team

**What you will learn**:
sourcing, interviews, and selection processes
- Contribute to crafting effective recruitment strategies that align with our company's

goals and values
- Gain proficiency in HR data analytics to make informed decisions and measure HR

performance

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
