**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for content planning and execution on social media platforms in the Malaysian market, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.;
- Oversee the entire content creation process: ideation, topic planning, scriptwriting, filming, editing, and publishing.
- Regularly review and analyze content performance based on key metrics such as engagement rate, follower growth, and likes, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Monitor platform algorithm updates and local trending topics to adjust content structure and posting schedules.
- Lead and manage the content production team, ensuring high content quality and consistent output.
- Participate in major campaign content planning and collaborate with influencers/KOLs to drive project execution.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media content planning or short video production.
- Familiarity with the recommendation algorithms, content structure, and analytics tools of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust content direction based on performance insights.
- Experience in managing content teams or creator groups.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
